On Wednesday, January 25th, we will hold our annual congregational meeting. The agenda at this important gathering includes:

• 2011 Annual Reports
• 1st Reading Revised APLC Constitution – Approval
• Revised Bylaws – Approval
• 2012 Budget Reminder
• Goals and Platform
• Memorial Garden

This is a constitutionally mandated meeting requiring a quorum of those who have been confirmed. Please plan to indicate your support of our ministry together by your attendance at 7:00 pm, in the sanctuary on January 25th.

Sunday, April 10th, between worship events at 9:45 a.m. a congregational meeting will be held in the sanctuary. As with all congregation meetings a quorum is needed to take a vote. Your presence makes the difference.

We will vote on goals and the council nominating committee. We will meet for 5 minutes at the end of each worship.
