Our APLC Family is wonderful! Each year we have collected school supplies for Ballentine Elementary School, your giving hearts and hands get bigger and bigger. This year we collected 20 backpacks, lots of pencils and colored pencils, glue sticks, highlighters, folders, composition books, snacks, and pencil boxes. All of these supplies were delivered to the school on Wednesday morning. Susan Rhodes, the guidance counselor, was very appreciative for everything given.
If you missed out on wanting to give supplies, don’t worry — there will be another opportunity in August. We will be looking specifically for composition books and 3-prong folders. As before, there will be an Amazon Wish list included. Please look in future E-news for those details.
