On Sunday, March 9, we will conduct our Spring Congregational Meeting immediately following worship. All voting members (communing, contributing, and confirmed adult members, including confirmed youth members) are encouraged to attend this important meeting. This meeting will only take place in person (Zoom will NOT be available) and per the terms of our constitution, voting by proxy is not allowed.
At this meeting, we will conduct the following business:
1. Briefly present the 2024 annual report (Membership and Financial report only. Please read the reports from staff and ministry team leaders).
2. Elect a nominations team.
3. Elect a council member to fill a vacant seat on our congregation council.
4. Elect voting members to synod assembly
