Minister of Music
As Minister of Music at Abiding Presence, Amanda leads the congregation’s musical life, directing both the weekly praise band and the choir, and supporting instrumental ensembles throughout the year. Music is a vital part of Lutheran worship, and at APLC it is offered as a shared ministry—bringing together voices and instruments in service of prayer, praise, and proclamation.
Our music ministry is blessed with singers and musicians who play violin, flute, guitar, bass, trumpet, and cornet, and we are always eager to welcome new vocalists and instrumentalists. Whether leading a familiar hymn or a new song of praise, the goal is the same: to fill the sanctuary with joyful noise in worship of our Lord.
